Hello and welcome! I'm Jen Broomall and I'm an Artist.
I first found out about this when I was young, my parents found I had a knack for the arts. It didn't help that they too were immersed in art as well so they only enabled my ability. After that I had the typical struggle of hiding my art from the world, it was a secret I couldn't share because kids where I grew up didn't DO that and also I was a girl--girls especially can't draw. (this is a known fact by all the shocked expressions I get even now)
After coming clean from art for 2 solid years I gave back into it. I found myself loving every moment of it and realized it was what made me happy. After having my daughter I got the kick in the pants to commit to my art or stop and I committed.
Now I am enabling her like my parents did with me and working all at the same time. It's crazy, hectic and full of challenges but I wouldn't have it any other way.
I can finally admit that: I'm Jen Broomall and I'm an Artist.
